Terms of sale

These terms of sale apply to purchases on https://maison-curtains.com. Maison Curtains is a brand of Wave LLC.

Orders

Placing an order and paying at checkout is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and the contract formed, when it goes into production or is dispatched. Until then, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full. Made-to-measure curtains are produced from the sizes, colour and heading recorded on the order.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated from the delivery address. Payment is taken in full before production starts. If a product is listed or charged at an incorrect price or quantity due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

Delivery

Delivery is free on every order. Delivery takes 6 to 11 business days from order to delivery: 2 to 3 business days of production, then 4 to 8 business days in transit, Monday to Friday. The same times apply to every curtain, standard size or made to measure. Orders placed after 12:00 Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles, UTC-8) are processed the next business day. Returns

Unused standard items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Made-to-measure panels that do not match the sizes on the order are covered by the Exact-Fit Guarantee when that option was added. See our refund policy.
