Return policy
You have 30 days from receipt to return an unused item in its original packaging, with labels and accessories. No restocking fees. Write to support@qurtens.com with your order number.
Measurement error
If a curtain does not fit the sizes you sent, contact support@qurtens.com. We remake the panel or refund it under the Exact-Fit Guarantee.
Manufacturing defect
If the product is defective or the error is on our side, return and replacement are fully covered, with no cost to you.
