Activate Exact-Fit Guarantee
The Exact-Fit Guarantee covers made-to-measure curtains ordered with the sizes you sent us. Activation tells us which order should be covered.
How to activate
Write to contact@maison-curtains.com with your order number after checkout. We confirm activation by email, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
What we need
- Your order number
- The email used at checkout
- The window or panel sizes you submitted, if you want them re-checked
When to activate
Activate as soon as the order is placed, and in any case before you hang the curtains. The guarantee applies to the sizes recorded on the order.
