At Maison Curtains, we want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, returns are simple, with no extra complication.
Returns within 30 days
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item. The product must be unused, in its original condition, with packaging, labels and accessories. Our support team walks you through every step. No restocking fees.

Return costs
Free return within 30 days: you can return an item at no cost, including if you change your mind (withdrawal), if the product is unused, complete and in its original packaging. The return label is included in your parcel or sent free by our support team.
Defective product or error on our side: return and replacement fully covered, with no cost to you.
Original delivery: if you simply change your mind, only the product price is refunded; the original delivery charges are not refunded.
How to return an item
- Contact us: write to contact@maison-curtains.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Prepare your parcel: put the item back in its original packaging, with all accessories, labels and documents.
- Send it back: ship your return following the instructions in your return-authorisation email, with the recommended carrier.
Refund process
Inspection: once we receive your return, we check that the item meets our return criteria.
Refund timing: once approved, the refund is triggered. It usually appears within 7 business days on your original payment method, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Want to exchange your item for another colour or model? Write to contact@maison-curtains.com , we will handle the exchange quickly.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene or safety reasons, some items are not eligible for return (e.g. started batteries, personalised products). Those products are clearly marked as non-returnable on their product page.
