At Qurtens, we commit to a clear shopping experience, including delivery. In metropolitan France, delivery is free in 4 to 8 business days.

This policy applies to orders delivered in metropolitan France within 4 to 8 business days.

Delivery times

• Order cutoff time: 12:00 (Paris, CET/CEST). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
• Processing time: 0 to 1 business day (Monday to Friday).
• Transit time: 4 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Estimated total delivery time: 4 to 8 business days in total, depending on the customer’s location.
• Time zone: (UTC+01:00) Central European Time (Paris) / (UTC+02:00) Central European Summer Time (Paris)

Delivery charges

Free delivery: all orders in metropolitan France get free delivery in 4 to 8 business days, with no minimum order.

Paid delivery: for destinations outside our free-delivery zones, delivery charges and times (in business days when shown) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
