Shipping policy
Maison Curtains delivers made-to-measure curtains. Delivery is free on every order. The same times apply wherever we ship.
How long it takes
Every curtain is cut and finished to the sizes on your order. The same timing applies to every order:
- Order cutoff: 12:00 Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles, UTC−8). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
- Production time: 2 to 3 business days.
- Transit time: 4 to 8 business days, Monday to Friday, once the parcel has left.
- Estimated total: 6 to 11 business days from order to delivery, for every curtain, standard size or made to measure. The exact estimate is shown on the product page and at checkout.
You receive an email at each step, with tracking as soon as the parcel ships.
