Is the Exact-Fit Guarantee actually worth it?

A made-to-measure curtain costs from £89.00 to well over £500.00. For £49.00, you remove the risk of having to order the whole thing again.

How many times can I use the guarantee?

The guarantee covers 1 remake per curtain bought with the option. If you order 3 curtains with Exact-Fit, each one can be remade once, independently of the others.

What if the new sizes are wrong as well?

The guarantee covers one remake. To give it the best chance, our team helps you re-measure. If it is still difficult, write to us — we will find a solution.

Do I have to send the first curtain back?

Yes. You do not keep the first curtain. We ask for a product return as part of Exact-Fit.

Can I change colour or heading on the remake?

Exact-Fit covers size errors only. The remade curtain keeps the original colour, type and heading — only the sizes change. For a full change, the standard return policy applies.

How do I activate the guarantee?

Go to activate my Exact-Fit Guarantee or write to us. Give your order number and the new sizes. A photo of the hanging curtain speeds things up. We reply within 1 business day.
